VMS-121 NEW VIDEO MEASURING SYSTEM (VMS) The VMS-121 Video Measuring System is designed specifically for speed and high accuracy. Standard features are: 6" by 12" stage travel, 6" focus travel, all axis with cross roller bearings, .00005"/.001mm scale resolution, heavy duty solid granite base, 35X to 455X motorized zoom lens, solid state color camera, 13" color monitor, digital crosshair generator, and remote keypad control of surface and profile illumination. A new patent-pending Quad lighting design provides a bright halogen light source instead of the conventional low-intensity colored LEDs found in most systems today. |
| A new Touch/Trigger Probe Interface has been added to allow the use of Renishaw probes as well as video at the same time. The design also allows for the interchange of stored probes. The VMS-121 PC-based MPC-6, running within a Win98 system, provides the power needed to do frame grabbing edge detection, SPC output, reverse engineering, off line programming, and creating or using CAD files. It is the ideal equipment for fast, non-contact parts inspection requiring higher magnification and tighter tolerances, as well as providing the capability to touch critical features not visible to the camera, at an affordable price. |

DVC-110 Our most cost-effective video measuring system, the DVC- 110 provides precision, non-contact three axis measurement capability with 2"x2"x4" travel stage. Compact and versatile, the DVC-110 benchtop is available with either MPC-5 geometric digital readout or with LCD digital micrometers. The DVC-110 combines a wide variety of quality features and options from standard visual optical comparators to the high magnification of a toolmakerâs microscope while providing X-Y-Z readout capability of .00005"/.001mm. Available with a full complement of accessories, a fully integrated system can be customized to meet specific requirements. |
